Here’s what to do:
Send us an e-mail and tell them that you want to return a shirt(s). Please include your name, order date, order number, and reason for return (so we can make ourselves better).
If the return is within the 60-day trial period, we will e-mail you a return authorization number and return address. Pack and ship the item(s) back to the return address provided. Return shipping covered within continental USA.
Once we receive your item(s), we will promptly credit the original credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow sufficient time for the credit to show up on your credit card statement.
We know that when you first try a product, it can be tricky finding the right size and/or color. That’s why we’ve made our exchange policy so simple! If you just want to exchange a shirt for a different size and/or color, just send us an e-mail letting us know and mail us the shirt back. We’ll send you your new shirt right away. Exchanged items must be in the same new, unworn condition as when we sent it. However, please DO go ahead and open the package and try the shirt on.

Please also clearly indicate the item(s) you’d like including size, color, and quantity. We will let you know if additional funds are needed.
We will reply to your e-mail with a confirmation and a return shipping address.
Pack and ship the item(s) back to the return address provided. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. We recommend choosing a shipping option that enables you to track and insure the package, as we cannot be held responsible or issue credit for lost or not-received packages.
Once we receive your item(s), we will promptly ship you the newly desired item(s).
